I have been a customer of LBVE since they first launched and shook up the retail world with their glorious and often bespoke products.

There are so many positives in what they offer, whether it be price point, quality, variety or just plain old fantastic customer service - and let’s not underestimate the latter!

But what I love most about this business is their stand-out genuine approach to their business. They genuinely care about what they do and their customers are their marketing campaigns are always innovative and fun. What makes them stand out for me is their ‘no hard-sell belief.’

They’re always encouraged their customers/visitors to drop in, have a browse, have a free drink and that’s stands out for me. It’s a genuine quality that they have and rare in today’s world.

I have bought many items since I first discovered them and if budget were endless, I’d buy many more.

My kids absolutely loved these. I bought them for Christmas Eve and they put the socks straight on and we made hot chocolate in the mugs.
